Description
Myrrh Resinoid is dark, reddish orange, brown, soft and sticky. It is used as an excellent fixative and sweetener in oriental spicy bases.

Myrrh comes from trees of the Commiphora genus, which grow in Northeastern Africa, covering a much wider area than the Boswellia trees that produce Olibanum. Myrrh is found in Somaliland as well as Ethiopia and Eritrea, extending southward all the way to Kenya.

The technique used for gathering Myrrh gum-resin is similar to that used for Olibanum. Incisions are made on the trees and the exudate is collected after drying on the tree for a few weeks.

Excellent quality

Prawdziwa mirra w płynie. Gęsty, lepki, ciemny, wytrawnie pachnący. Można zanurzyć się w świat baśni 1001 nocy z kadzidłami w tle. Bez wątpienia prawdziwy, naturalny, bez syntetycznych dodatków. Uwielbiam ten zapach jak i pozostałe z EOC :)

Soft scented oil

It's very soft and woody scented and it's great on skin for wound care. There are so many benefits using this oil and it's hard to list them all here.

One of my favorites

This oil is very thick and brown. It thins well when mixed with other oils but can be rubbed in alone as well. The smell is so deep. It smells like the best smelling freshly cut wood. It mixes well with so many other oils giving them a deep woody base. My favorite is to mix it with cloves along with a variety of different mixtures, sometimes pine needle or orange or lemon. Mmmmmmmm.....
